fear and loathing in the modern life is war green limousine

Between vegas and denver in nowhere utah we've blown a trailer tire and then about 5 minutes later blew a spare. That led to many hours of talking to the local sherriff, towtruck drivers, AAA and waking up grumpy tire repair guys. To pass the time we played a game called "use a cardboard box as a shield while we shoot roman candles at you". To add to all of this a truck driver pulled over while we were talking to the sheriff and jumps out of the cab freaking out about how some maniac had pulled up beside him and pulled a gun and was screaming and swearing at him to pull over.

Psychos out in the middle of nowhere are way scary as hell.

We are now back on the road. I love touring.

Hey Jeff,
Hope all you guys are doing well! Just wanting to say "HI" (make sure you tell the other boys!) Me and Suzanne wished you guys could've made it to our wedding, but obviously understand the duty of tour is calling. Next time we'll meet, we will be husband and wife and you guys will have new songs for us to listen to. Good times! Take good care. all of you! love ya!

I'm beyond bummed that I wont be getting to see you guys tomorrow in Lawrence. I'm too sick to operate an automobile and drive from Wichita. On the other hand you guys should come play here sometime. You would do very well I think. There is a good Iowa connection here as well.

Anyways. sorry to drop in and be all random.
my name is troy by the way and your band keeps me alive somedays. please come to wichita. thanks. troy

Wow! That does sound surreal. David Lynch should roadie and take notes. That does have the beginnings of a cool movie. Glad you are all safe and sound now though.

Sounds like your having a great time. Looks like I'll be heading down from Toronto and seeing you the 8th of July the day before my birthday in Erie. Should be an awesome way to start off my weekend.
